Evaluation: Week 11 (29/04-05/05)

With the basics of my final product complete, this week focused on improving and refining my title sequence. This week has been the culmination of my entire project, with the completion of my final product.

I conducted a quick audience feedback survey, asking for and collecting the opinions of audience members on what could be improved. The purpose of this task was to gain an understanding on what could be improved, taken directly from my relevant target audience. I feel this task helped me understand how feedback can be used in a project, and needs to be taken account for in order to satisfy your audience, something especially necessary in industry.

I then used some of that feedback for inspiration on my bigger improvements, the largest of which was the re-do of my Barret shot. From this I learned how feedback and production can go hand in hand, allowing you to change and improve as the audience/client's ideas may change.

Overall, this week has shaped my skills in audience feedback, helping me to take it and use it to my advantage. This week has further highlighted my weakness with rotoscoping, as the new clip I had to rotoscope took quite a while with it's level of background detail.
